All transactions require a valid state or federally issued identification card to be shown prior to notarization. Documents must be signed in the presence of the notary. If documentation requires witnesses, the person requesting notary services must bring witnesses with them. 

Notary fees are $5 / per notary stamp. 

Additional fees may apply including:

• Postage (for remote notary services) - Reimbursed at cost + travel fees.

• Travel fees  are $15.00 for the first 15 miles. Travel more than 15 miles will be quoted in advance and include reimbursement for tolls and mileage at the USG rate. 

Annisa Wanat provides notary service in accordance with Illinois Law. The Illinois Notary Public Handbook is available on the Illinois Secretary of State website. Annisa does not notarize real estate documents and reserves the right to decline to provide other notary services - especially situations that do not comply with the provisions of Illinois law. 

Annisa Wanat is not an Attorney licensed to practice law in Illinois. She is not allowed to to draft legal documents or records, nor may she give legal advice on any matter or accept or charge fees for the performance of these activities.
